Abstract

This paper intends to reflect on the transdisciplinary value of neuroscientific studies in favor of writing as a fundamental experience for man. The reflections delve into a complex vision of writing that loses the characteristics of mere instrumentality to acquire those of processuality, functionality and sociality. Drawing from writing as a complex and extremely connected phenomenon, we want to bring out that sense of profound originality that starts from the coherent somatosensory experience to arrive at the artefact as a living environment with strong human interaction. Neuroscience with countless research has provided us with the most inclusive vision of writing in favor of the humanization process as it is precisely they who relate writing to experience and the environment. Writing implies overcoming mere action which metamorphoses into the environment: here functional processes, emotional drives, will, responsibility and context intervene.
